How the Deposit Works:

• A £350 deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
• The deposit may be held for up to 14 days after the rental ends to allow time for fines, penalties, or repair costs to be processed.
• The deposit will be refunded in full after the vehicle is returned, provided the following conditions are met:

✅ Deposit Return Conditions:

• The car must be returned in the same condition inside and out, with no new damage, misuse, or excessive dirt.
• The fuel level must match the level at collection; otherwise a £25 + fuel charge applies.
• The vehicle must be returned on time – a 15-minute grace applies, then £10/hr up to 4 hrs, after which the full daily rate is charged.
• The renter is responsible for all PCNs, fines, tolls, ULEZ, congestion charges, and speeding tickets during the rental, plus a £25 admin fee per fine.

❗Important Notes:

• Deposit refunds may be held for up to 14 days after the rental ends to allow time for fines, penalties, or repair costs to be processed.
• All or part of the deposit may be withheld to cover damage, missing fuel, late returns, fines, penalties, excess cleaning (£25 minimum), lost keys/documents/accessories, or unpaid rental charges.
• The renter remains liable for any costs that arise even after the deposit has been returned.
