How the Deposit Works:

• A £200 deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
• This deposit will be held for the duration of your rental.
• The deposit will be refunded in full after the vehicle is returned, provided the following conditions are met:

• The car is returned undamaged, both inside and out.
• The fuel level matches the level recorded at the start of the rental.
• The vehicle is returned on time, unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Deposit refunds are typically processed within 1 working day, depending on your bank or card provider.
• If damage, missing fuel, or late return occurs, all or part of the deposit may be retained to cover the associated costs.
